FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a qualified investor?

A status confirming an investor's experience and financial capacity to work with complex instruments. Criteria are set by the law of your jurisdiction; we will help you through the confirmation process.

What are the fees?

The fee structure depends on the participation format and is discussed individually. Typically a management fee plus a performance fee tied to results above the target.

Can I withdraw early?

The bond strategy is liquid: positions are limited by daily turnover, so exit takes days, not months. Exit terms for private equity projects are fixed in the deal documents.

How do I monitor my portfolio?

You receive a monthly report with portfolio structure, actual return and duration, plus the weekly market review. A meeting with the manager is available on request.

Do you work with non-residents?

Yes. The participation structure for non-residents is defined individually, taking into account the investor's jurisdiction and applicable restrictions.
